Dew Drop Apple
For my object photography, I chose for everything to revolve around the theme of fall. I chose to use this apple because they are a typical symbol of fall. They also are a type of fruit, which I am very fond of, in addition to being natural.

Fuzzy Gourd (Mezzotint)

Half-Eaten (Crystalize)
Fiery Flower (Mosaic)
These flowers came off of a mum that we got for the fall season. Every year we plant mums, so they have become a symbol or fall at our house. I love the bright, vibrant color that they have, similar to bright leaves and pumpkins that are associated with the season.
Clay Squash
I used this clay squash in my objects because it has a connection to my theme, as well as being something I made. I have always enjoyed ceramics and this was a great way to tie it into my photography. In addition, I love squash because of how you can carve them and cook with them, and they are such pretty vegetables.

Crushed
This pinecone fits into my objects because they tend to appear when the leaves are turning on trees, therefore coming around fall. Pinecones have such cool textures when you look closely at them and they are all very different. I chose to break this pinecone because I liked how the leaves looked when they were scattered. In addition, it made for a more interesting photo.

Reflections
This gourd, in addition to the other clay object, was something that I made. I chose this particular one because of how it reflect light and its vibrant colors. This creation also took a lot of effort to make, with many small details, and I wanted to showcase them. Like all of my other objects, this also relates to fall.
